StreetSonar surfaces properties likely to need work by scoring public data signals. Our scores are predictions, not verified facts — a roof can be replaced without a permit, records can be stale. Always confirm on site before relying on a lead. We don't guarantee any specific result, lead quality, or sale.
Use the data for your own lawful sales and marketing outreach, in compliance with applicable laws (including calling/texting and email rules). Don't resell or redistribute the data, scrape the service, or use it to harass anyone.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use means you accept the current terms.
