Opening a lead — the playbook

Tap any address to open the lead. You get the full door playbook: how to open, what to educate the homeowner on, and how to handle pushback — plus ready-to-send email & text templates personalized to that home. Set a disposition (contacted / quoted / won) at the bottom to drop it into your pipeline.

Pipeline

Your private CRM over the shared territory. Cards are grouped by stage; change a card's disposition and it slides to the next stage and updates your win-rate gauges. The map colors pins by stage so you can see where you've worked.

Plan My Day (route)

From the Flight Plan, hit Plan My Day to turn your top leads into the shortest driving loop — stops, miles, and drive time up top, one tap to open it in Google Maps, and a button to re-route from your current location.

Analytics

The whole market behind your list as live charts — signal mix, roof-age spread, value, and ZIP. Every filter recomputes instantly, so you can size up a neighborhood before you load the truck.

Demand Map

Every ZIP as a circle — bigger and brighter means more roofing demand (storms + aging roofs + hot leads). The ranked list shows your hottest ZIPs so you know where to point the crew.

Weather & storm alerts

Live National Weather Service warnings for your territory, plus recent hail/wind that drives roof-damage demand. Turn on Storm alerts from the dashboard (add StreetSonar to your home screen first) to get a push the moment a storm hits — first on the scene usually wins the job.

Exports — use it on any channel

The Flight Plan has three one-click exports so the same ranked list feeds however you sell:

To pipe leads into your own CRM automatically, add a webhook URL in Settings — we POST each lead on status change (Zapier/Make), with a "Send a test lead" button.

Inbound — score the leads you already get

Forward your own inbound (website form, Facebook lead ad, Google Local Services, Angi) to your private webhook and we match each one to our demand data and rank it — so you call the hottest first. Connect instructions + a live test are on the Inbound page.

Team dashboard (managers)

On a Team plan, each rep gets their own login and territory. The My Team page shows every rep's pipeline (contacted / quoted / won) and combined totals in one place — add or remove seats by email, and jump into any rep's flight plan.

Notifications

In Settings you control what we send: storm-alert emails on/off, and a lead digest (weekly by default, or daily / off). We only send a digest when there are actually fresh leads worth your time.
